Our Proposal for New Year's Eve
On the evening which by its own accord greets the current year and promises us towards the new year, Chef Andrea Salvatori will delight his diners with a 10-course gastronomic journey with Pindaric flights where the combination of tradition and innovation will be the absolute protagonist, where the flavors of yesterday and today will be delicately balanced through the skilful care and processing of the excellent raw material, paying homage to Piedmont and then crossing the beauties of our beloved Italy.
With the wish that the new year will be better than the one that has now come to an end, the Chef and all his Staff are pleased to wish you Buon Appetito and a very pleasant evening which will be enlivened by live music and a fireworks display at the stroke of midnight.
